Refunds/Returns/Replacements - Our leader products are unconditionally guaranteed against slipping/crimp failure. We use premium quality components and sell other manufacturer's products. Nevertheless, some leaders may fail on occasion. Swivels and snaps do not last forever, so please check and replace them as needed. Component failure is not a guarantee of leader failure as we do not manufacture the components. That said, we source premium quality components from top manufacturers in the fishing industry.
We will replace and return all qualified failed fishing leaders of any size and style free of charge. Customers must send defective leader(s) back to Pro Fishing Source for evaluation and record keeping. We will refund shipping cost on leaders found by our staff to be accepted as a qualified return. Improper use, abuse, negligence or common sense errors on the buyer's part; voids any guarantee.
Very Important Note: Stranded titanium leaders are designed for a straight retrieve only. Failed stranded titanium leaders used for ripping jigs, spectrum checking, jerking (ie. walking the dog) are considered improper use. Please purchase solid/single strand leaders for the uses previously mentioned for proper fishing applications. Don't chance losing the trophy of your life by using the incorrect leader.
Good and unused returns should be exactly the way it was received unused and unopened including packaging. Broken or defective kit boxes found must be inspected by the customer upon receipt and must be returned to us (empty box only) for replacement via United States Postal Service Mail within 5 business days. A new box will ship out to your last known address for free.
Products found to be defective from other manufacturers/vendors, must follow the return and replacement policy of that particular manufacturer's product and that information is available from us upon request. Please call or email us right away. Such products must be returned directly to that manufacturer as we cannot accept their returns.
A $3.00 per order item restocking fee applies to all orders returned for credit deemed by us as not damaged or used. A return authorization number is required for all new and unopened products so please contact us for an authorization number. We do not accept returns that have not been authorized by Pro Fishing Source. The return of any product will be at our discretion and final. Upon review, you will be credited promptly on accepted refunds and returns.
